"I had Alex Dale help me over the phone twice. A few days ago, while comparing insurance quotes, and today when I made the decision to go with State Farm. He was very professional and courteous, made the transition easy, answered all of my questions and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. I had him confused for a moment because I already had State Farm, but was leaving a joint policy to get my own. He took the confusion in stride, we had a laugh and got it all figured out.
