"Who likes shopping for car insurance? It is not fun. Unless you contact Rachel Johnson and her staff! After a frustrating 2 hours on the phone with 3 other companies, I called this State Farm. Wow! I was blown away by the customer service provided by Maria!! I didn't expect it to be honest, but she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeful, AND we laughed during the call. I'm so glad I called! "So previously on my hunt for insurance I’ve run into many problems , agents with little to no knowledge of the product , terms that weren’t in my favor and time and time again I’ve tried apps like Jerry and insurance doctor , well not here I got in contact with Maria who was more than knowledgeable more than helpful and even took the time to explain each plan and how they help me and which one was the best fit for my auto insurance needs , Maria was well spoken and versed in each tier of insurance coverage and that helped me so much on getting what I needed and in a timely manner.
